Our services
Wasatch Web Studio designs and builds websites, sets up practical AI tools, and provides related technology services for local businesses. The specific work, deliverables, timeline, and price for any project are defined in a separate written proposal or scope of work agreed between you and us. If anything in a signed proposal conflicts with these Terms, the proposal controls for that project.
Free previews and quotes
We may build a preview or mockup and provide estimates at no cost and with no obligation. Previews, mockups, and estimates are for your review only, remain our property until a project is agreed and paid for, and do not constitute a binding contract. Prices shown on this Site are starting points for planning and are not final quotes; your actual price is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payment
Unless a proposal states otherwise, project work typically requires a deposit before it begins, with the balance due at agreed milestones or on completion. Recurring services (such as hosting, maintenance, or AI tools) are billed on a monthly basis and continue until cancelled. Late or unpaid amounts may result in paused work or services.
Ownership
Upon full payment for a project, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you, such as your website content and design. We may retain ownership of underlying tools, code frameworks, and components we reuse across clients, and we may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party software, fonts, images, and services remain subject to their own licenses.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and timely access to accounts, content, and decision-makers needed to do the work, and that any materials you give us (text, images, logos) don't infringe anyone's rights. You're responsible for your own business's legal and regulatory compliance.
No guarantees
We work hard to deliver great results, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes such as a particular number of customers, leads, sales, or search rankings, which depend on many factors outside our control. The Site and our services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wasatch Web Studio LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a project will not exceed the amount you paid us for that project.
